The Greatest Hits Of Motown- How sweet it is exceeded all expectations I’d gone with. Every singer had a phenomenal voice and the songs were all bangers. They got the audience involved and if was such a vibe. I was on the second row to the stage with a perfect view. It was seriously such an incredible show I think everyone should go. I can’t believe how much I e got for our money! I’m also in love with American guy who wore pink haha!

Mediocre

I have seen better pub acts and was very disappointed with the show. The male singers did not have great voices and could barely be heard when singing. Don't waste your money. No staging, just 5 men with microphones. This is not a theatre production. We left at the half way break as thought it was awful

When Even Shazam Gives Up

My wife and I went to see The Greatest Hits of Motown – How Sweet It Is at G Live this evening, really looking forward to an evening of Motown classics. Unfortunately, the music was so poor that there were times when we looked each other with a very puzzling expression. The ultimate test? Even Shazam couldn’t recognise some of the songs! And Shazam usually has no problem identifying a song being played through a restaurant speaker with someone talking over it. The vocals and overall sound were disappointing, and the performance simply didn’t capture the quality or feel you’d expect from a Motown tribute. I grew up in the USA listening to Mowtown. To be fair, there was one definite positive: the choreography was actually very good. The performers put plenty of energy into it and looked the part. Sadly, though, great choreography can’t rescue weak vocals and music. We came expecting The Greatest Hits of Motown and left wondering if some of the greatest hits had been left at home.

Sorry to say the performance was not great and a few of us left before the end. The singers do not have strong voices, couldnt hear them properly and one guys voice was quite muffled. They couldn't match the original motown stars voices in key either. They made the songs their own version. I've seen much better acts. You must see Rush with the leader singer (iker?) Sang Marvin gaye songs and they were perfect. He deserves the recognition 10 times more. IMO do not waste your Money on this act.
